If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of the scheduled service will be required to be paid before you will be allowed to book in the future. This will not go towards your next service total. the purpose of This is to protect myself and my time. If you are running late, please let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, i cannot GUARANTEE the entire booked service can be rendered. If you are more than 30 minutes late, this will be considered a cancellation and required to pay 50% of the service, and we will need to reschedule. If you booked a complimentary service, $50.00 will be required before you can book in the future. See Instagram for other policies.
